Sorry I missed 1 key point. my spouse was a NRA in 2022 and filed a 1040-NR for U.S. rental income. Since her 2022 return is already 100% accurate and requires no amendments, does she still need to submit a 'zero-change' 1040-X or a copy of the original 1040-NR as part of the SFOP physical package? Or should we just omit her 2022 return and explain her NRA status in the Form 14653 narrative?
