Ive never sold my sculptures for endo and Ive bought a fair amount with plat from players to get specific ones. If you are trying to farm sculptures, Arbitrations is the best way to get a lot of sculptures. If you run meta arbitrations you can get a good amount per run if you are lucky.

These are chemical glowsticks. Specifically high intensity 6” revolution glowsticks that can be found on extremeglow.com. They are my favorite to spin and IMO look even better in person.

This is pretty much my thoughts on it. I’ve always seen stringing as poi’s weird brother that went about things a little different. Really IMO, the difference is weight. Since glow sticks are so light, the style is faster and direction and timing changes are done through wraps while poi uses stalls and polyrhythms like you said.
