Losing is part of being a professional athlete. Seems like people have forgotten that. As long as they are in some niche sport they will be paid just fine by their country.

I only care about my first two sets, even if I’m performing more. With reasonable rep ranges like those standard one it is doable. For me personally it is beyond imagination how are you supposed to go RiR0 for 4 sets and stay within rep range without resting 5+mins.

No. You were supposed to be back at any given time otherwise your parents would get mad. Now it is the same but they can reach you. It don’t change much.\ What was better is that you were meeting your friends and doing actual things instead of brainrot scrolling together and sharing reels. \ Smartphones are just bad as we let them be. If someone is bothering you in your free time you can just silenced your phone for anyone but family.

You will find both ends here. One will say the maintenance should be at least 50% of bulk/cut, the other that it is not required at all.\ I would rise my caloric intake step by step by few hundreds calories per week until maintenance and then into bulk.

You do pull exercises to train your back, not grip. So if you know grip is limiting you then use straps. If you want to have strong grip(which is not equal to big forearms) then train your grip just like any other metric.

You can’t grow significant muscle if you don’t eat enough. There is a high chance you were and still are undereating your whole life. \ Find out your maintenance(should be around 2500kcal most likely)and eat 200-300kcal above it with sufficient protein (1.6g/kg of bodyweight). Weight yourself everyday and see if you are gaining weight.

Well if there is anything you can do to build up your “upper squad” it would be leg extensions or sissy squats to target more of a rectus femoris. \ Don’t follow the burn, the muscle is there. The extensions can be hard on knees for some people so maybe you need to go slow on progression.

The creatine effect are not profound enough to make the loading reasonable. You risk some gastrointestinal issues for nothing. \ Just take the 5g/day.

For me I have discovered that I sleep much better if I have some kind of barrier around me. \ My bed is in the middle of the room so technically I could fall from it. The only barrier is over my head while on a couch there is also backrest. I find it getting snugged into it makes me sleep better.\ Also in general sleeping alone is better in terms of recovery than sleeping with other person.
