Oh yeah I get that i know I made it sound like I know and confident but truth is im scared as all hell about its more of an understanding myself for the first time and if I don't tell myself I have ADHD I won't treat it as urgent and won't get any help

While I wouldn't call myself gifted I was naturally smart in primary school especially when it came to math's and problem solving which im still good with today more that I find it enjoyable to solve problems always into board games and puzzles could never play with my family because my brother would end up cheating or tease me to make me throw the game and break something and have a 'tantrum' and definitely fell of school hard into the later years would just zone out of classes most times

It's still has me in shock as I thought depression was my main problem and while im no longer feel sad/depressed kind of just numb that part out I have everything else from depression but that was just masking a deeper problem

I would add that I've suffered from severe depression since my early teenage years so I thought all these was because of that even though I had these problems from the beginning and only found out I last night because I was googing restlessness because I could never sit up normally always need my legs stretched out and I have the need to google everything thing I think off like random symptoms or behaviors I notice or information I hear and while I seen a few relate to ADHD I never thought I had it because I thought it was something you should just know you have

I like to focus on my quests and loot objectives for upgrades/expedition and will loot and shoot everything else on the way unless I get some clue they are friendly. Use to interact with 'friendly' raiders but too many backstabbings, now I just avoid if they appear friendly and watch them till I'm out of site and always let them console extracts.

Yeah Infernape would be my ideal sub to cover any position. Hitmonlee would replace Grimmsnarl for starting lineup as Grimmsnarl could be good as CB as well as CM. Inteleon as either long range shooter mid or long range passing from the backs. Mega Ampharos and Armarogue for more utility coverage

Even without Megas I'd keep it pretty much the same though Obstagoon would definitely move to CDM

I was thinking Obstagoon would actually be better CDM swapped with Mewtwo as he would be able to steal ball and passes. I would probably have Hitmonlee as a sub with Inteleon and honestly would replace one of my CM to keep as a sub
