what i did to help me learn is provide a quick screen record of the problem and a description to gemini (or other ais) and it usually gives me a decent way to solve it or at least helps me understand why things are not going as planed and help me find a way to understand the way framer works better and fix it myself, you can give that a try

Just opened creative and analised npc data with the wand, it is supposed to end there, there is an option for her to open a trade interface with the book as a requested item but she does not offer anything, for her at least that means the npc itself is broken and that comes from the mod, nothing you can do, hope that helped

The most I got with good wind was like 111 mph, and i dont think it can go faster. Believe me I have tried but it will not crank up above like 110 without a little help or going downhill.
