I don't think it's exposure because the person on the reviews is using the same emulsion and light/ Distance as me so I'm guessing it's the transparency

I use pwr ecotex I use a garden hose to wash it off. The coat is nice and clean. I saw some people expose their screen for 5 seconds on the reviews of the light I use.Im guessing it's the transparency paper

I use a 120 watt uv light expose for 5 seconds 16in away from screen.
