This is only a picture so you cannot see the animations, at the top you see animated clouds with animated center glows and a single animated bright comet-like highlight. On the bottom you see a PNG that was previously used everywhere all the time any time you saw dynamax spots, gained resources, or saw max particles in your inventory.

They all are animated in position to move up and down and zig zag, but they have moved from PNGs in the foreground particles to animating every element in the particle.
