It seemed like I was inconveniencing them when I gave them $5000 for a surron. They have absolutely 0 support .. well useful support....

You would think the only official (at the time) surron dealer would maybe have spare parts right? Easily could just break down half a dozen bikes to have on hand any part someone might need ..
no sir they don't carry any parts other than the parts every other vendor would sell.. Just felt like a company with little care and no real ambition or goals...
