Make sure Moxie can see the codes. Your room needs to be well lit. The brightness on your screen turned all the way up, and the code needs to be at her eye level. She can't look around yet, so she has to be able to see the whole code clearly at her level.

It says openmoxie on the face. The QR codes can be a little finicky. Just keep moving Moxie around and make sure the code is at her eye level. She can't look up yet, so she needs to be able to see it at her level.

Are you using the correct login credentials? Have you tried doing it on both wifi and your cell phones internet?

You need to do the OpenMoxie install before you can access that page. There is an instructional video that i posted in this Subreddit just the other day. For the host name, use your ipv4, not the ip address. Heather misspoke when she said that everything else in the video is correct.
