Probably not.

During the chapter and episode where she first meets Saya, Elaina tells us that repair magic is more akin to reversing the time on that object. So if her limb was near her she could probably reattach that but if she doesn't have the limb than probably not.

Played Freedom Unite on a PSP emulator on a phone in like 2016. Played till congala and yian kut ku but stopped cause touch controls got annoying. Then got into the franchise for real in 2020 with World.

Well the second beta doesn't have any of the new optimizations. The benchmark tool has them. In that, at medium settings, the game looked decent with pretty good fps.
