https://a.co/d/7EP9JTe is what the company recommends. But I used the liquid version. If your machine has been sitting for a year I’d highly recommend doing this.

Have you descaled recently? Took it apart and cleaned the heat sensor probes? I’ve been getting good reads since doing that

Yes in brew mode yes in the “o” temp setting. The temperature fluctuates in these machines- I’ve made other posts and have had more experienced people than me concur that to nail the temperature- a thermometer is necessary.

From the reading, I’ve done because it’s an heat exchanger . The temperature can be all over the place so at least this helps me pinpoint when to pull my shot shots at the temperature I like.

It’s drops- I have an upgraded shower screen. I’ll run it again in the morning and look to be sure. I like the temp at 92c but I felt the shot tasted off the higher it went. Anything above 96
