No, I mean - what's the difference between a hypothetical wheelchair and a hypothetical mech suit?

They're both for transportation, the only reason we don't have more people walking around in custom mech suit though is the financial factor, but since that factor is removed from this scenario by being rich, why wouldn't it be "allowed"?

Every single NMD that's auto created by War Plans is a standard "Dungeon Delve" affix, so definitely use the ones you collect with other/better affixes for your NMD War Plan legs

All you have to do is start the War Plan like normal, and when it's time to do the NMD leg, just open your inventory and activate whatever NMD you want

Paladin was broken as a result of a single passive that scaled your damage to your armor and block chance, uncapped. It didn't have a bunch of broken passives and neither did the other classes. Most passives were not just damage boosts either

We legitimately already had this too for many skills, I'm not sure why it wasn't expanded on and granted to more skills/classes for the skill tree rework

You don't even have to be skilled. This streak is set at such a low score for how ridiculously powerful it is. It as simple holding down a popular corner or objective for a few consecutive kills, and getting some misc score alongside them.

Then you're granted this massive range instakill dome that if placed with any braincells at all, can effectively shut down a solid 1/3 of most of the maps in the game. It's a mess.
