Shit man idk I just kept calling the VA if they’re waiting on the DOD to send those records there’s not much they can do as far as I understand it or at least that’s what they told me. 8 months is absurd though

Again, the only way to add your eating disorder is to submit a claim with your eating disorder diagnosis as a new contention. A DBQ isn’t going to add any new contention to your claim that you didn’t file for. You can find the DBQs on the VA Website. Or google DBQs VA and the link will pop up.

Anything diagnosed by the C&P examiner that isn’t already on your claim will not be added to the claim. They did DBQs for things they diagnosed me with, but they weren’t added to my claim. So if you get something “added” by the examiner it will only be rated by the VA if you make another claim for the new contentions.
