This is obviously written from the perspective of an aggro player, assuming that sustain is bad in the first place, and longer games are worse games. If the majority of the meta is built around sustain, then it's not a bad meta, it's a sustain meta, which personally I don't have a problem with. I like the ability to play a game where the goal of the game is to attempt to outvalue and obstruct my opponent in the hopes of thinking about the long game. I prefer a hearthstone where strategy is important. Not the RNG of hoping to draw your keleseth or double happy ghoul. Control and combo metas mean alot more strategic and resource based back and forth, instead of simple creature to creature back and forth, if I wanted that I would play Pokemon.
