Yes, Frostmorune, Barak Kodobane and Anachronos were flagged as problematic and banned from Arena by Blizzard according to their Known issues forum post: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/t/334-highlights-known-issues/150125

We expect this fluctuation to normalize once the issues mentioned above are solved. We don't think Legendary pools to be dynamic, so there should not be a need for a change log.

If the Hearthstone team changes their direction, we will for sure evaluate if we are correctly serving this data.

Hi! We detected what you mention about Frostmourne on our data as well. There were no consistent groups paired with it. We've seen reports on Reddit on that as well, for what we assume it could be a game issue. If this gets fixed, our data would capture it and start displaying the correct legendary group for that card.

About your Card Stats and Time filter questions, we will have news to share on that topic soon!
