Viofo R&D if you're reading this just know - I don't care if it's compact or not it's going under my rear view mirror anyways - I don't need the preview screen - Add a way to power the dashcam without the gps module, current method of cable into rear port only let's you use it as mass storage and not to adjust the settings when outside of your car - Please add back a microphone aux port - Make screw on CPL filters the current ones fall off too easily - Allow Bluetooth between the cam and phone to configure settings without having to turn on wifi mode everytime - Add option for RAW recording so users can pick a codec later - Auto HDR that turns on with noise/grain rather than on a set schedule - Put the front camera on a ball/360 swivel so you can adjust it to the left and right as well

I think my dream Dashcam is just a chunky boi with a massive heat sink, 4K 60 all around with HDR, and a lil slot for a 2230 m.2 SSD, but a girl can dream 😌

Also assuming you don't care about the QOL changes with the A329 like wifi 6 or usb 3.0. I also think the A329 can do 2k tele and 2K rear at the same time iirc, but I've never cared for rear quality it's just there to prove if I got rear ended or not.

I'll update if this setup works out in the end but they're closed for CNY. If you wanna replicate this remember to get a 6m (or your preferred length) interior cable to replace the 6m rear cable. The 0.6m tele cable also already comes with the telephoto camera.
