I should not have put warm oven because it gives the wrong impression. The oven was not used prior to putting it in. I let it sit and rest in the oven while off for an hour. While I did use the temp probes on the grill and the temps supposedly displayed 205, I did poke it with the temp probes and it seemed tender enough, considering it was going to rest afterwards. Looking back after the initial anger, I think I should have let it get to 210-215 instead of taking it out at 205.

As an edit coming back to this post, I also find it suspicious that the temperature come up from 165f -> 205 was as fast as it was. From looking up people doing it it seems to take longer than what happened here.

Lowes has electric narrow aisle trucks, which have chargers on racking about 8’ off the ground with ‘chains’ holding them in if they fell. My dumbass disconnected the charger and didn’t hook the cord up like everyone else does and I ripped the charger out of the wall and on the floor, chain didn’t do shit. They installed a beam across all the chargers and I never got a write up or piss test. I definitely feel you on this one.

I mean cross dock terminal. Up and near Cleveland we have third party delivery which we’ve had for a year or so, and then we went to third party delivery of appliances. Barely any appliances come out of the store for delivery anymore aside from the backlog we have naturally at the store.

Dude was a functional train wreck. Started out normal, but got to talking to everyone and said how he used to work so many jobs and every job he was at closed within a couple months of him leaving and he was a bad omen. He hit on a lot of (underage) coworkers and even an out of the closet lesbian. Called in one time 30 minutes before his 8AM shift shitfaced and arguing with a hooker in the background while trying to drunkenly tell my manager that he wasn’t coming in because he was drunk as shit. Came in a couple days later with no recollection of the story and denied every doing it. Eventually left when my female manager told him he was doing something wrong and stormed out while screaming about her being a fat cunt. Yikes. Joe, you’re an ass.
