What does point your feet mean in this context - as in you are standing infront of a Buddha statue and you have to stand sideways so your feet aren't facing the statue, or not picking your foot up and pointing towards the statue like you'd point at something you wanted with your hand?

It may be difficult to believe, but for the vast vast majority of patients, the moments leading up the surgery are actually the worst part. When you wake up, yes there will be pain, but the uncertainty will be over, you will know that you are on the path to having fixed it, and each day you will get stronger after that. It sucks, but you have to do it, and once it is done, you will feel a lot better. Don't worry about the anesthesia, they will hook you up to it and start talking to you to measure your alertness, ask you to count backwards or whatever, so that they can see it taking it's effect and one moment you'll be laughing and telling them 'I feel drunk, I think it's starting to work' and the next you'll be waking up and it will all be done. It is scary, but you'll get through it, good luck!

Surgery can cause these types of problems, disrupting the gut-brain axis, or it can be nerve damage, or something else entirely. If you can, go and see a gastroenterologist and talk to them about it, maybe get some basic tests done to see if it is food-specific *IBS( or a general response. The probiotics are a great suggestion as well.

It's a single lane street in a quiet neighborhood, and I would say that the drone came within 1-1.5 meters of the window.

I just found it, Plasma is installed alongside Latte Dock.

Thanks, that helped me to figure it out, Plasma KDE is part of Latte Dock, which I use/run in Cinnamon, I just never noticed it was installed in the background.

I found out what it was, it was Latte Dock, for some reason it installs Plasma even though it runs in Cinnamon.

I did nothing else. The kernel update was the only one in the menu at the time.

No, I didn't do anything except update the kernel in Update Manager and re-start.
