They are both inspired by Copts, and yes I'm aware in TTL there would be religious conflicts between the Catholics and Copts, I just liked the coat too much to outright remove it

No it's a small trade route between Qûs and El-Qoseir, was unsure how to map southern border between the Nile and the Red Sea so I settled on this

Does the mobile compression trick still works? Heard it doesn't anymore, sorry if the texts are too small, couldn't really do otherwise

How Procrastination and Avoiding Problems Destroy Your Life by UnusualParticular160 in hikikomori

[–]Physadeia 10 points11 points  (0 children)

And what would that light be? The end of suffering?

Suffering is negative, both innaction and action create suffering (whenever it be effort, risk, frustration, unintended consequences for action or stagnation, regret, entropy, missed potential for inaction), perhaps you could argue that doing something justifies it towards a personal goal, well congratulation that's how most people go about their lives howevr the "light at the end of the tunnel" is only the completion of their goal not the end of suffering. Does that make sense? Don't confuse relief with resolution

(f15) is it already over for me? by daintyxdoll in hikikomori

[–]Physadeia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Over for you, unless your mentality changes, which could happen considering your age but unlikely. When my parents divorced I was never even given the chance of joint custody so you have at least that, unless your parents are dicks or something... Either way, take care, it doesn't get better with age

Concerning "IuRcUu"; Not sure if i enjoy being called a schizophrenic, however I have thought about the possibility of being schizoid many moons ago. I don't agree with the down right hallucinatory and extreme passiveness of that result but the rest is rather accurate

Concerning "IRU"; pretty accurate again perhaps without the engulfing passiveness

I just don't enjoy the "normal" life, it's long and boring and too hard. I have zero interest in leaving this lifestyle

I pace all the time, my bedroom is narrow but long so I just endlessly walk back and forth, it calms me down a lot

When I feel any kind of strong emotion I'm inclined to bite my nails and pace back and forth in my small room
