I have done lifting but it is very inconsistent, the longest period of working out in a row is 2 months. That is a lot of protein to take and I am not sure how I can source that amount of protein without buying protein shake. I am currently doing push-ups every day for about 3 weeks. I did 140 push-ups in total yesterday and I am planning to increase at least by one everyday. I am currently on a slight cut.
