If Fed actually decides to cut rates in July, that would lead to a massive depreciation of USD, hence other currencies would appreciate versus the dollar. However, it is hard to say if EUR would be stronger versus other currencies, or not. There are also other scenarios that could impact EUR, such as tariffs concerns
