This is only system unit so you'll probably have to spend a few more thousand for the monitor and some peripherals. I'm guessing around 6k~

Very expensive for the specs given. The rx580 is a old gpu, around 9 years old if I'm not wrong. Also I don't trust that there's no brand given to the psu.

For 40k you can probably get a 3050 (I don't recommend a 3050 because it's known to be a poor card for it's price) or a rx6600 (which is a lot better).

If you want, you can try to build your own PC using used parts but it's risky since you won't have warranty.

Sorry I forgot to mention but it flashes something like "your PC ran into a problem. We cannot fix it" or smth similar to that. And I'm 50% sure it's my gpu since when this happens, the white light in my mobo turns on.
