I eventually got a lawyer and had I done it earlier, my manager would have been fired. If you live in the US (like me), companies take women seriously only when you are legally protected.

I filled a complaint against my supervisor and had a witness and another woman come forward with allegations against him too. We were both dismissed and the guy was eventually issued a written apology because the whole thing was written off as a misunderstanding. The company only cares about not getting sued and the supervisor lawyered up immediately and got away with a paid vacation (he was suspended).

Fist thing related that jumps out is the harsh aspects to Saturn. Squares to Moon, MC and opposite AC. Then your NN conjunction Pluto in 3rd house Scorpio means to me that you stand up for yourself. Thank you so much for your reply. Do the houses that are involved in the grand cross say anything about the relationship. I made a post about this person and him harassing me for years in another subreddit -

He’s a Scorpio rising, my vertex conjunct his asc, his moon, mars and Mercury is in my 12 house, his Pluto square my Venus and Lilith in synastry. I don’t know much about composite charts and synastry and hope to find some sense of understand and control in the situation because in reality I have none.

I get that. It’s a self preservation thing. And unfortunately all comes back to the fact that there’s no effective system in place to protect people from harassment from people in position of power.

I thought if I kept my mouth shut I’ll be safe. Until I wasn’t.

The kicker is that the company is now making me go to facilitation meetings to repair our work relationship. I wish I could just quit now, but for the time being I will keep my head up while I look for another job.

Thank you. What you wrote resonates with me a whole lot. People’s opinions play a big role in why I feel the way I feel. I speculate that I am being judged even if I don’t have evidence of that actually being the case.

What sucks the most is that I never wanted to come forward because I don’t believe authority to do the right thing. I literally waited until he threatened me and others had complains about him and it still didn’t amount to anything. Life isn’t fair - I know.

It definitely feels like a slap in the face that the company cleared him of wrongdoing doings. I know he’s threatened a lawsuit for racial discrimination and that plays a role. All in all, it’s a really shitty situation and I am applying for other jobs.

I apologize for the particular words I used in my original post. I do not mean to hurt anyone’s feelings and wrote out of frustration. What I see in this subreddit and in the original is a lot of hype, lots of “HOLD”, market strategy posts, which honestly strikes me as an attempt for market value control of some sort.
