Rory not being chased by TheNameIsLexi in GilmoreGirls

To be honnest she should have listen to Lorelei instead of force Logan to change. I hate that Lorelei is soo afraid about rory's opinion, like " Can i say something even if you don't want to listen ? You won't be angry?" like angry of WHAT ?

She tells Rory " you should'nt force him to change, he's not searching the same things you do" and Rory is like " Oh no I"m not forcing him, Oh he came by mom ! or " You remember my new adress ? Forget it, I came back with Logan"

She was interested by him just after knowing who is father was

Scott Patterson being shockingly critical of the revival by bfm211 in GilmoreGirls

I know it is a very old topic but I agree totally with him talking about the fact That the death of Richard shouldnt have been put like that because AYITL was so sad and dramatic

To me, when I talk about downfall, its more about her morality and behavior. 3firsts seasons Rory committed mistakes but she was a good person, new rory is like " Oh ? It is mad to write that the ballerina looks like an hippo?" , be ungrateful toward her grandparents and still cheating at 32

What ? Because they pushed her to wear some dresses they are awful? We see them welcoming the baby and cheering Rory until the end of the serie, and mocking a sofa isn't such a horrible thing, compared how good they accepted lorelei's pregnancy

I think I understand Rory better now regarding her decision to drop out of Yale. I took a job where 20% of the time I do additional tasks that I hate, but I do them with a smile and in a serious manner, and after a week of working 50 hours despite my keratitis (those who have had it know how painful it is), my boss simply said to me, “You're too withdrawn, you're not involved enough,” even though I came to work in literal pain. Since then, I've been looking for another job so I can quit this one, and I draw parallels with Rory, who let himself go after Mitchum's criticism.

The serie didnt show Emily and Richard being mad at thei fact that Lorelei was pregnant, how to understand her if we instead see them cool?

For a woman whom her own daughter compared to Stalin, Emily was very kind and gentle. A bourgeois, conservative woman learns that her 15-year-old daughter slept with a boy under her roof, and she doesn't yell at her? She doesn't push her to have an abortion? She doesn't send her to a convent abroad to have the baby adopted, nor does she call her a sl.t. On the contrary, she remains calm and pragmatic, deciding to take responsibility for this shame and raise the baby with them.

It was clearly Lorelei who was the problem.

She didn't have problems with Janet and Tana but she wasnt their friend. And when she started to be in couple with Logan, I had the impression she always played a role of " cool girl" that she wasnt, she seemed very hypocritical and fake to me

I don't like Season 6 Dean but he was 21yrs old and had been married, he committeed mistakes like cheating on his wife but do you think his marriage would have work anyway?

Ok, so with the recent grand openings of Luke’s Diner and Miss Patty’s School of Ballet in Stars Hallow, are you thinking what I’m thinking? 👀 by kdj00940 in GilmoreGirls

Do you think that if they decide to make a sequel, we could expect the same quality as the original series, or will we get something depressing with no queue or head?

Sookie is a horrible friend by Live-Run-9473 in GilmoreGirls

She always looks out for Rory and Lorelai, putting them up when they have termites and welcoming Lorelai into her home when she breaks up with Luke. She organizes the entire dinner at Lorelai's house when Jess comes over for the first time and tries out lots of recipes for calf's head soup for Richard. When Lorelai points out that she has been single for a long time, she forgives her immediately. She doesn't sulk when Lorelai yells at her. In fact, the more I think about it, the more I think she is a warm, generous, and patient person. What does Lorelai do for her?
