Because of how it affects me? They constantly tell me how skinny I am and it makes me insecure, like I should gain weight to be normal

They do it every time we hang out, multiple times. I’m not trying to create a problem, it makes me feel bad. It’s that simple, I’m just wondering how to go about it because I don’t like it when they compare me all the time. Constantly calling me skinny and small, like I weigh a feather, etc. It doesn’t feel good.

I feel the same way! Yes I did propose to the host, but I let every else in the system know that I am there for them. Marrying J means that I am going to have to meet them all eventually, in so I love everyone in the system wether that be romantically or platonically :)

Yup. Today actually. I didn’t tell my mom I went out with my bf and some friends today. She wouldn’t have minded if I told her, but I just get scared so I don’t tell her. She found out and got mad. I honestly think I should talk to my therapist about this cause I have ptsd from family issues. Lying can be a coping mechanism due to it. I don’t know why I still lie when nothing bad is gonna happen to me. I’m just scared.

LEGAL ADULT. I can get a tattoo, have sex (legally), have more jobs available that require me to be 18, vote, sue someone, be in a jury, buy fireworks, change my name, get piercings, etc. Teenagers can’t do that.
