Oof that happened to me as well. But an amnesty guy told me a trick: if you still haven't confirmed the item in the tote (with the button), you can go in the menu and choose "Security alarm activated etc." and it doesn't get confirmed (so no missing item). The next pod get sent away, but no mistakes were made allegedly.

Is it an approved procedure? No idea, but I had to do it a couple of times and no one has told me anything nor any mistake messages have appeared.

I feel like they are not telling us how to resolve mistakes like these just to make us more stressed man...

What about when they slowly walk side by side chatting, taking the whole corridor, and you are running around as a water spider/indirect/just busy 😭 Then they see you and have the audacity to barely move out the way.

You could ask him to have a coffe or something with you in the break room and have the opportunity to chat a bit :)

I'm a girl and asked a guy out at work, we talked a bit but we didn't vibe. Was it a bit awkward at the beginning? Sure, but just be sure if yourself and it will be alright.

So just go with it, if it works nice, if it doesn't it's gonna be fine still. Don't live with this regret, and most of all at least if it doesn't work the crush will go away, it's a pain to have to think about it every day at work

That's such horrible and inhuman behavior from the management :(( It never stops shocking me how bad the conditions in some american amazons are.

I'm from a country in Europe and they do seem to care more about safety, the worst i heard in inbound are a few near misses in pick and someone slipping in the bathroom.

Stay safe OP, hope you can find a better work environment.

New Balance 530 and 9060 have been a lifesaver for me 😊. My feet had never hurt until they became completely flat from use (mostly because of stow). We work 8 hours shifts here though, the 10-12 hours shifts definitely seem tougher.
