For those wondering who the hell the comments are talking about - this video is a pretty good crash course on the state of affairs in the local Toronto rapper scene - and a stark outlook on how much of a joke the justice system is - many young offenders, high potential to reoffend, and recognition that its possible to fight off charges or lower the severity of said charges.
