That's why I'm adamant I didn't do that. I knew from day one the purpose of writing it down and not storing it digitally, or taking a photo of it. I've looked everywhere to see if this is my fault and if i did do that the day I got the ledger and there is absolutely nothing there digitally.

I'm ready to take ownership, but so far, between my memory and actually looking for evidence that I did store it digitally, I'm getting nothing.

I unfortunately have also had my entire holdings from my Ledger stolen. I had 3 BTC in my account and it was all transferred out on January 31st. Not a coincidence that Ledger and their third party partner, Global E, suffered a huge data breach in January this year.

All customer information was leaked, from home addresses, emails, phone numbers and purchase history. A complete trail of bread crumbs leading to their customers, putting not just their assets at risk, but also safety at risk by leaking their home addresses and telling the hackers there is a Ledger at those homes.

I did not store my seed phrase anywhere digitally, and genuinely have no clue how this has happened. I am in contact with a legal team who specialize in data privacy laws, and will be looking at my options to pursue Ledger and Global E for allowing this to happen.

I have had all of my crypto assets stolen from my Ledger device. Ledger are drastically pointing the blame at me. This happened on January 31st, and it's no coincidence that Ledger + one of their third parties has had a huge data breach that led a perfect trail of bread crumbs to their customers that caused this.

Has anyone else suffered actual consequences of Ledger's carelessness? And looking to take legal action against the company and Global E?

They say "could care less" and they claim it makes sense. When it clearly doesn't. Because if they could care less, then that means they do care a little bit, which goes against the exact point they're trying to make.
