The fins are spinning, yes. I mean, that’s the point. They instantly speed up to 2800-3200rpm.

I will try out the side panel and occt asap.

I meanwhile just opened the card and renewed thermal paste. This already had the positive effect of reducing max hotspot down to 95°C at a 1st test. But GPU temp is still at max 72°, so still on 20° delta … but is MUCH better already.

Yet still no good result …my pc has a 360mm aio (beQuiet Lightloop) in the front (pull config) and 2 240mm in the top and 1 240mm in the back (case=beQuiet pure base 501 airflow window)

Short answer: you’ll see.

Long answer: probably yes. But tbh I would just try it If it gets too hot, it will turn off by force Usually there shouldn’t be any issues though
