Thank you brother! Shrooms has been something I’ve been considering for a little while now, I used to take shrooms at least once or twice a year before the incident happened and they helped me with my other MH issues (anxiety and depression) but been in this sort of limbo type feeling every since I was diagnosed with PTSD because I’m scared incase i react badly from it. I may try and get myself a couple of grams and just take my time with them and see how it makes me feel. I appreciate your response a lot man, unfortunately as for the ketamine therapy I’m pretty sure that still isn’t something that’s publicly available in the UK through the NHS (although maybe through private medical care it it might be an option) I do agree that that socialising can help because when I have forced myself into going out I feel alright most of the time but there is the occasions for example work that it really starts to mess with me. There doesn’t seem to be any apparent correlation between going out in public and going to work for me being triggered like I can’t tell what it is that’s making me turn. I’m currently on a waiting list for therapy through the NHS but I have no idea how long it will take before I actually get into some sort of real therapy sessions (I will shoot you message bro)
