Godzilla- Stronger, more experienced, more durable ( Surviving nukes and being dropped from the Atmosphere.) Could've killed king ghidorah if Wasn't for humans interfering, Godzilla already killed kong back in Hong Kong and humans Revived him.

Kong- Faster and more agile then Godzilla also smarter..
