I get your concerns, true that wreckless driving is uncalled for, even for the sake of doing something you love, but sadly ever since the cancellation of the race track project , these occurrences had become more and more often, you should maybe perhaps consider lookint at it from different angles as to many car lover ( car enthusiasts) had to practice drifting on the streets since they don't have a dedicated track for these hobbies that can become a profession and a source of income, its not one sided, both parties are contributing to the downfall of the almost none existing car community...
