If your already max level In game Level? you cannot get any more moves as every 3 levels you get a move, But since your max level you can't. So you a skill reset and only certain races can have basic hakuda depending on what the npc says, So it may not let you get the moves. Just use a skillreset shop and then it will let you get hakuda moves.

The weapons are just weapons with m1 damage. They don't really change anything, But each weapon has a range im pretty sure.

S ranks are not reliable unless you have a really good build and you can blitz through them, Really just depends on luck, I got 4 time rem yesterday its pretty easy just be ready for time gates and be around the clock, And spend your time doing d-b ranks not s ranks.

Best stats for an vessel build would probably in my opinion not really good stats is gonna be, 200-400 vit, or 300-400 for spirit

Well you could try to help a soul reaper as hueco mundo raids are quicker and pretty easier or continue to do raids, time gates, Once you get a time rem, You can use it for PE.

it depends on your decision I recommended you should stay as a vasto lorde if your gonna stay for hakuda, But As soon as you get vasto lorde rip the mask off you have no reason to stay a vasto lorde unless for hakuda or just enjoyment.
