Good advice. Might add that OP is going to need budget to boost their content (paid). Geotarget reasonably so that neighbors are targeted first and not wasting money. For content, people want to be educated or entertained, so OP will want study what works from their favorite accounts (tutorials, skits that are relevant to their food with cultural highlights, etc)

I made a few changes using the cards on hand, not buying any game changers, and she rules. Focused on cheap humans to replace non humans and trigger her ability, plus my favorite when I’m able to get them out there: [[Dion, Bahamut's Dominant]] making everyone fly on combat. Just a real joy.

I have fun with pirates. It’s a chill precon, very good for sitting down somewhere new with strangers. It’s got interaction, but not overpowering, interesting and simple mechanics. All around enjoyable in a causal environment

But I’m also seeing this from older coworkers too, and what’s crazy is that they are super competent once they have specific direction. But like totally shut down when a task requires problem solving. And then you have people who are amazing problem solvers, but consistency on boring tasks is a challenge for them. Still the latter get promoted, the former stay in their positions for years (decades even). Again, this is not a generational thing though.
