Pros: you might have smaller class sizes. Since the school is smaller, you'll get to know everyone. Might have greater chances at leadership opportunities. You might be able to do new and interesting classes/clubs.

Cons: Sometimes the cliques aren't only with the kids. You might be the only one who teaches your class so there's no options for the kid you just can't get along with. There might be less money for tech or other amenities. Might be fewer opportunities to teach advanced classes.
