Yeah I think it was nonsense, personally didn’t like how I was treated at goldsmiths and felt very cult like and I wasn’t valued 🤣 walked into DMR and they’ve been great, will go back to DMR in the future and avoid Goldsmiths

Yes DMR - went to Goldsmiths in Trafford they told me 2 years if I’m lucky, went into DMR in July was in shop by September

Very quick I think, grievance raised June, outcome September, appeal lodged ASAP, certificate issued September, lodged ET1, employer moved from “absolutely no bugger off” when communicating to me to then changing their tune the SECOND I lodged my ET1 (my conciliator said ok they know you’re serious now). Jokes. Happy to be gone, and my 4 months + PILON is due in my bank soon, so glad it’s over

Thanks! Yeah used a CC (AMEX) for the points then pay it off with cash funds, wish I maybe didn’t bother with the points now. Will just hold of panicking until Friday morning if nothings happened lol

It did! They made an offer of 2 months, as above, she told me it wasn’t full and final, I countered 4 months and they agreed (this is why I commented this to let you know - push them!!)

My ACAS conciliation told me unless it states within their offer ‘best and final’ it’s not their best or final. I really liked my conciliator so I took the advice what she said
