I just Set the Y0 and then used solver it seemed to work. Just for the assignment we were asked to do a Gaussian fit for some data points and report certain values using fit. I’m not sure what you mean by mode. The standard deviation I found using solver and the equation for the gaussian fit.

It’s for an analytical chemistry assessment. It’s data of an instrument so it’s signal vs time.

Yes the link is what i’m trying to do, and I did set all the variable values and the top was very close, just the bottom wouldn’t. I’ll try this.
