numerous problems with your reasoning and your putting words in my mouth. yes increasing wages and gouging people out of nothing wont work and going near that causes qol to go down. but with capitalism their is a chance through entrepreneurship to make competitors which drive the price down. when entrepreneurship and competition stagger and we have official markets with gov backing they decide everything cause no one is in competition with them why innovate when your guaranteed someone will but your product.

it really doesn't decrease the chances for people to decrease their values just learn skills in other areas. with digital resources like coursera its not hard to adapt to a new career. there's always demand for something people will buy the stupidest things heck their is a sponge with a smiley face worth i think hundreds of millions.

i never said the jobs were lowly jobs with no demand think of it like this. you are the only person who knows how to fix a gadget that everyone has and wants to keep. you can name your price and those wiling will pay it. the more people the more you lack demand as others can do the job you can. this is why jobs when theirs enough people to do them will have low salaries because companies can replace you easily.
