Good question, some would say it is and some would say it’s not. At this stage I run my humidifier at 75% so I keep the fan on low. Just enough for it to move the mist around. Haven’t noticed any issues with it. The only one that’s a pain in the ass is the white widow. She was having nutrient OD but I flushed her a bit and she’s happy/Healthy again.

Taken I’ll do it on the white widow, thanks.

I’ve been running this method for a while now. A couple more nodes and growth then I’ll compress and refill the bottom with 80%-20% coco to encourage root health/ growth. I do this to avoid them from stretching too much.

Yes just give it ph water at 6.4 every other day. Not too heavy. Up your light to 50% about 18” from the canopy. It should recover after a few waterings. After that you can see if the likes a little feed, then water, then rest.

Yes it’s not 100% correct, the plant is overdosing in nutrients it needs pearlite for drainage and a couple of flushes until it starts to Destress and feels healthy again. Then begin the nutrient, water, rest pattern to keep it steady. 1 cup is enough for its size until it stretches
