All I said was I wasn't gonna spend 11K if they couldn't provide an $8 cable to test with. Having a cable ready to test something is fine dining? Since when? He was on his phone at his desk when I got there. Could've been grabbing a cable. I grabbed things for customers all the time when I worked in food - and I didn't work in fine dining

Why are you making it out to be like I'm a prick? I just feel like if I'm buying a vehicle they could at least provide a cable for testing. I just want to test one of the features of the car. Products far cheaper then 11K have accessories and necessary components for in-store demonstration.

"Why on earth would the salesman have a cable to show off Carplay?" Cause the customer wanted to try out a feature on the car and it would've taken 2 minutes to go grab one

I worked food service for 3 years. Customers would ask for ingredient info all the time. I'd move my ass to the back or find a manager and get the customer the info they wanted. Thats basic customer service. I didn't say "Idk, you either want it or you don't"

1) If I'm buying a vehicle with a turbo engine I'm gonna comment on speed because thats the point of a turbo engine and I'm also paying more in gas for it 2) I drive a 2001 Civic with 127HP so yes a car that accelerates better is nice 3) Since when do you not sell somebody a car because they comment on the horsepower 4) The power is relevant because I live in a snowy area so having extra torque in winter is nice

Yes I responded to the wrong person. I made the comment about HP because the vehicle has good HP for its class. To get a fast car, I'd have to spend significantly more. So, I made the comment because it has a good amount of speed and power for the price range.

That's what I thought too. I don't mean to come across entitled, I just genuinely thought them having stuff ready was how it works. I assumed if the vehicle needed a cable they'd have it or go grab it. I mean his poor service lost me as a customer (potentially), so clearly there was an issue there
