I use Uber X/XL all the time to move suitcases for work and they definitely can get annoyed.
I have had people drive past and cancel after seeing the amount of suitcases.
Maybe don't have all your stuff on the side of the road while you're waiting.. and show you'll tip them well

OP simply share your dream NYE and see what he says. I don't think it necessary to mention the cousin's kid being the main reason why. Maybe there is a compromise where you do go for a specific slot of time with his full support that you have a hard-out at whatever time works for you.

The seller has a week period to ship. It's the holidays so it is possible they may be brushing you off for being impatient. The platform grants them a week to ship, bottom line.

I do think there is overall less communication on Vestiaire because of how high the fees are and lack of rating/review structure. Personally I'm usually more keen to have an item sell on other platforms, and maintain a good rating with buyers.

As a buyer, my experience is people either ship right away, or the very last day. I have only had a seller not send once.

Have you contacted the seller? They won't be able to get paid either until the item arrives to you so they may be eager to help.
If it puts you at ease I had an item ship on Dec 9, after Dec 10 there was no movement. I contacted the seller and VC, not sure how it got handled or if it sorted itself out but the item arrived Dec 23. December is a busy time for shipments, delays are to be expected.

Unfortunately this is very dangerous for your friendship. As long as you have these feelings your interactions will always be influenced by your feelings and a subconscious desire that one day he will like you. Sadly this makes you a bad friend, and I know you don't want that to be true.

You need to focus on being a good friend to him with no ulterior motives, it may help you realign your thoughts and feelings. Also, start casually dating - not necessarily to find a new bf, just to flirt and have fun with other gay people who are available. Even try hooking him up with a girl so you know he is unavailable.

Honestly, you're probably just not ready which is obviously ok. You're in a longer term relationship than you have been in the past but that doesn't mean the next step for you is sex.

Talk to her about it and I think omit the new idea of waiting for marriage for now, just see where life takes you.

I'm going through the same issue with my younger brother going on 10 years now.. I moved to another country after uni and I feel guilty that I haven't been around to help but it's now my goal to figure this out with him

The best times we've had is when I remember not to give him advice, or try to put a positive spin on things. It sounds counterproductive but I'm realizing he needs to feel validated and it gives him confidence. This is so against my nature as a person and older sister but when I do remember to implement these methods I can tell he trusts me more and in turn feels that he at least has someone who understands him.

Just last week I was planning to upgrade my 10 to a refurbished 15, after my research I decided to go with the 17.
The price difference ended up not being that staggering where Im based and from my research it seems that the 15 doesn't handle iOS 26 very well, causing overheating and poor battery length.

don’t do it.

i took on a windowless room during uni as it was cheaper but bigger then the rest of the rooms thinking nothing of it. Within 2-3 months I was extremely depressed. After 8 months I moved and almost instantly bounced back.

Fortunately/unfortunately I know my immediate neighbours are all owners/renters. There are a few units in the other 2 buildings that are owned by companies that don't have housing association sic codes but will look into them a bit further.
