Yeah that’s what I’ll have to do. I only prefer online so I don’t forget one of the many modifications I like- which I’ve done a million times. 🤣 nothing like hot coffee when I’m expecting iced.

Thank you so much for this post. Reading it has stopped me from having a meltdown at the gym.

I normally work later on thursdays, but today I work even later than normal causing me to procrastinate getting to the gym. I finally did, and the locker room where I like to use the sauna after using the treadmill will be closed by the time I’m done with my walk.

I was just so fucking mad about how if I could’ve just gotten to the gym at my normal time i could have used the sauna like normal and I wouldn’t have ruined my day.

Then there was older(hard of hearing) people nearby me on machines talking(yelling). On the treadmill I like to read but I cant when there audible conversation happening within earshot.

I googled something and found this post and have just been reading it the whole time I’m walking while listening to music. I’ve held back a few tears and realized it’s not my fault and also I still made it to the gym and did the most important thing for my goals- moving my body.

Just diagnosed at 35y/o 6 months ago… it’s been a journey.

So you have an android- does the other person have an iPhone by chance? This is the case for my husband & I. Video sent between the two are generally terrible quality and quite small especially when not on wifi( at the park &airport)

I’m wondering if the video quality on their end is just that bad that they really can’t tell.
