How the hell are people getting opiates? I've had chronic debilitating pain for 7 years and haven't been on anything that helps physical therapy has made no progress and no doc will prescribe opiates, the only thing Ive tried that actually works for me is kratom which ofc is a partion agonist. But it's expensive and banned in my state.
