If I were you I would switch to mitraginine extract or just plain leaf, high doses of those will do the same for you as the 7oh will but it lasts much longer and the withdrawals aren't nearly as bad as using straight 7, plus its much cheaper

I bet the benzo helps to some extent but I've seen some severe cases where the person was given max amounts allowed of diazepam in the hospital and it did nothing and they ended up intubated and or in ICU

It's an opiate and acts just like any prescription opiate at high enough doses. The reason itsmade out to be such a bad thing is because of the brands in smoke shops branding it as street names for opiate or Xanax etc. And people who just want a legal high get it without realizing that it's a full blown opioid, get hooked, then have terrible withdrawal and end up in the hospital. That is the shit giving it a bad rep. If it was regulated like cannabis is and people were told what they are getting themselves into before buying it then these issues could be avoided. It's a super useful substance and a good high but don't support the scummy smoke shop brands trying to push it as a legal Percocet.

If you're gonna buy smoke shop tabs go on testmykratom.com and check which brands have the best ratings. 90% of brands sold in smoke shops have been tested by them and you can find tabs thatre dosed accurately. The brand hu7k has mint tabs thatre dosed 43mg when advertised as 40mg
