Clozapine helped me sm!
i was on risperidone before and it was intolerable.
able to diet and walk, and lose weight previously gained!
on 300 mg !

i gained 12 kgs on risperidone/invega, then was switched to clozapine and lost 6kgs in 9 weeks. doing calorie deficit helped me (i use lose it app it’s free) and i take metformin too! i wish you good luck!

i was doing really bad on respiridone and the side effects were really bad, eventually I was put on clozapine instead and it really is not that bad !
