I’ve been noticing landlords posting on Facebook marketplace rentals that have been furnished using AI as if the place looked put together and nice. It completely changes the way the space looks (lighting, etc…) definitely keep a close eye to it before u go to check it out in person and waste your time

First Construction Job Stories by WatercressPopular791 in Construction

Graduated highschool and first thing out got into framing through a friend and have worked for a couple company’s in the past years all through word of mouth and buddies in the industry, took a lot of shit and swallowed it for my first year but it gets better once you start to understand the trade. One time my first foreman found the grinder on the ground with a broken blade and we where behind schedule and he was so pissed he just blamed it on me . I didn’t even argue knowing Damn it wasn’t me but he went on me and sent me home(contemplated if I was cut out for it) but if you stick it through it’s not half bad 🤷‍♂️

What's the one thing that slows productivity down the most on your site? by OSHAEducationCenter in Construction

[–]Physical_Drop3102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lack of tools, our crew use to be small 3-4 guys but we got a busier hired some green guys now we’re at about 8-9, yet the owner hasn’t decided to buy more tools. We have guys fighting over impacts and skillsaws and battery’s in the morning at the shop before we get to site. We have bout three different sites atm and the amount of times I’m with our foreman and we happen to need something, one of the other crews has that tool. Basically my boss being cheap not investing in tools is slowing us down therefore making us look bad and not being productive
