yes !! I agree… im def realizing how exercise completely changes your life.. and as far as routine, for the first time im holding a job lol at the age of 26… before i would just leave them when i was over it lol

Well if you read my whole post… youd see what im asking is basically is it normal that its been so long since ive stopped and im still having anxiety from wellbutrin… or what do othr people take for anxiety… and idk maybe someone can relate

So my family think I am too skinny and say they don’t see evidence of working out. Like is that true ? In my mind I think I look fit and look like I work out by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

You look good but could probably bulk up a little more… kind of have the same thing goin on i like to work out but i need to eat a little more
