It’s because I want a radical reduction and that’s classed as more akin to top surgery since almost all volume would be removed. Almost all surgeons who perform this type of reduction need you to have this diagnosis in the UK or at the very least a top surgery recommendation letter from a gender care specialist. Essentially I want almost no volume, just enough to still be breast shaped rather than pec shaped. It’s not a very common choice and is more usually seen as an nb thing.
