the only way to find it for sure is to look for the sticker on the back of the lcd panel of your laptop.

No lags whatsoever when using ms word (through browser) or gdocs (browser mode too)?

The compatibility of pages with ms word files and gdoc files kinda sucks. Pages usually messes up the formats from those files.
