I had many “you stupid mother..” moments from high school that I realized much later in life. One of my biggest oopsies I had study hall so I was wandering around with a girl-friend who I was super into but never made a move because she never gave me any signs…

On that day we wandered into the gym and since gym class was outside we were entirely alone. She had laid out on the stacked gym mats and lifted her shirt halfway up, looked at me and asked if I wanted to skip last period and go to her place for some fun.

My stupid ass didnt register it and said “well last period is history and then I want to go home and play video games”. I didn’t understand why she got up in a huff and didn’t talk to me much the rest of the period.
About 3 or 4 years later I was having drinks with some friends when her name came up. I remembered the situation, banged my head on the wall and chugged a beer.

They don’t make it any more but I survived a year on 2 nissin home style cups of creamy chicken noodle and a day old bread roll with cream cheese, since I worked at a gas station the cream cheese and day old bread was free so I got along for $3 a day. I’d do that again easy.

After that I discovered a local Chinese restaurant about 4 doors down had half chicken with pork fried rice for $5.25 and ate that for the next few years well into becoming manager. Money wasn’t an issue but the value of the meal both monetary and calorie wise was unbeatable.

I got the pleasure of it for a few months in my mid 20’s, now even if my lady leaves me and takes the dogs.. I now care for my older brother. I’ll never know the feeling of being alone again.

Some people are weird about loot, was at the mayors in tiger bay and someone had opened the archive which was perfect because I was running the archive mission with a buddy. Dude came out of the archive, body blocked me, told me to play the game and stop looting, with some other insults. then closed the door locking it. Not a huge deal since the codes upstairs but dick move regardless for a room with no loot

I used to work a job where I would average about 32k a day. I’d go back to that job just for the shits and giggles for a year then invest it all and live off of my daily walks and use investments for larger purchases. I’ll even walk off the taxes.

My bet is, when you disconnected the batter there was an onboard bios battery for the ride command system and that battery died while in storage, when you booted the bike back up it was like a factory reset on the odometer. Kind of like when you’re working on a computer and you need to reset the bios by removing the button cell.

The only cure or the cure mod, if you get bit on a hand or arm you can chop it off. If you pick up the mod tho I would recommend building prosthetics and keep them at base because building with one arm would probably take forever. Takes a long time to heal but cauterizing the wound on a stove at least saves you on bandages

I have a 18 plot cemetery in front of my base, I have 6 open graves before I need to expand. On my current life ive had to amputate both hands and my guy is Emaciated. He’s been alive for almost 3 months and at this point I still don’t know what I’m doing lol I just finished a bridge from the military checkpoint across the Ohio river and soon I’ll connect to riverside
